UT Southwestern Medical Center's plastic surgeons specialize in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, such as face lifts, body contouring, and breast augmentation. We develop personalized treatment plans to help each patient look and feel his or her best. Our team offers access to the latest plastic surgery innovations available at our clinics in Dallas and Frisco to achieve safe, effective results.

Photos are of actual patients who have provided consent to display their photos online. Keep in mind that each patient is unique and individual results may vary. To see more before-and-after photos of a procedure that you're considering, you're welcome to request to view additional images during your consultation.

Face Lift

This 63-year-old female was interested in facial rejuvenation. She is shown here two months following face lift with SMAS flap, upper eyelid reduction, and Erbium laser resurfacing to her lower eyelids. She has a natural improvement in these areas without an “operated” appearance.

This healthy 60-year-old woman desired facial rejuvenation. She is shown here two years and eight months after a face lift and upper blepharoplasty (eyelid reduction), looking refreshed and energized.

Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)

This 63-year-old female wanted to reduce her lower eyelid puffiness. It was due to bulging fat, which was removed by an incision that is hidden on the inside of her lower eyelid. Excess skin or muscle is removed by a small incision beneath the eyelashes. The scar heals so it is almost imperceptible in most patients. She is shown 11 months after her eyelid reduction.

Nose Job (Rhinoplasty)

This 15-year-old female had a septoplasty to correct a deviated septum and aesthetic shaping of the nasal bones and cartilage. Natural results come from customizing each nose to the patient’s face. Her nasal airway and breathing were improved, which in turn helped with sleep and exercise.

Chin Implant

This 26-year-old female had a neck lift via liposuction and the placement of a medium-sized chin implant, aesthetically improving her profile and facial balance. She is shown here two years after her procedure.

Your Good Health Never Looked Better

Neck Lift

This 58-year-old female improved the appearance of her neck and jawline via a neck lift. The neck lift gave her improvement in her jawline and neck contour. She is shown two months after her outpatient procedure.

This 55-year-old male was interested in reducing his “turkey neck” via direct neck excision. Z-plasty was performed to irregularize the scar in the shape of a Z, making it less noticeable after healing. He is shown here two years and seven months following his neck lift.

Laser Skin Resurfacing (Non-Surgical)

This 48-year-old female desired improvement in her facial appearance. She is otherwise in good health. We started her on a skin care program, which included a good moisturizer, sunblock, antioxidant, retinol, and bleaching agent. She is shown here after six months of skin care and botulinum toxin to the forehead, glabella, and lateral orbit.

Post-Bariatric Surgery

This 27-year-old female patient desired excision of excess skin and firming of her abdomen following a large weight loss. After maintaining a healthy, stable weight, she was a good candidate for post-bariatric body contouring surgery. She is shown after an extended abdominoplasty with tightening of the abdominal muscles.

Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)

This 30-year-old female patient lost more than 130 pounds following Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery. After maintaining a healthy, stable weight, she was a good candidate for post-bariatric body contouring surgery. Her arm lift helped with the droopy, hanging skin beneath the underarm, which was tightened and re-contoured to allow her to feel more confident. She is shown here approximately two years following upper body lift and abdominoplasty.

Thigh Lift (Thighplasty)

A thigh lift is often indicated for individuals who have lost a significant amount of weight, because they can often be left with excess, loose skin that must be surgically removed. In other cases, simple aging can be the cause of lost tone in the thighs. This 39-year-old female patient lost more than 200 pounds following bariatric surgery and underwent a lower body lift with thighplasty. The patient is shown here at one year following her thigh lift with pleasing results.

Hand Rejuvenation

This 54-year-old female patient had fat injection to the hand using a modified micro-fat injection technique, where her own fat was used as filler. This eliminated the signs of aging in her hands, and the results are permanent.
