This 58-year-old female improved the appearance of her neck and jawline via a neck lift. The neck lift gave her improvement in her jawline and neck contour. She is shown two months after her outpatient procedure.
This 55-year-old male was interested in reducing his “turkey neck” via direct neck excision. Z-plasty was performed to irregularize the scar in the shape of a Z, making it less noticeable after healing. He is shown here two years and seven months following his neck lift.
Laser Skin Resurfacing (Non-Surgical)
This 48-year-old female desired improvement in her facial appearance. She is otherwise in good health. We started her on a skin care program, which included a good moisturizer, sunblock, antioxidant, retinol, and bleaching agent. She is shown here after six months of skin care and botulinum toxin to the forehead, glabella, and lateral orbit.
Post-Bariatric Surgery
This 27-year-old female patient desired excision of excess skin and firming of her abdomen following a large weight loss. After maintaining a healthy, stable weight, she was a good candidate for post-bariatric body contouring surgery. She is shown after an extended abdominoplasty with tightening of the abdominal muscles.
Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)
This 30-year-old female patient lost more than 130 pounds following Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery. After maintaining a healthy, stable weight, she was a good candidate for post-bariatric body contouring surgery. Her arm lift helped with the droopy, hanging skin beneath the underarm, which was tightened and re-contoured to allow her to feel more confident. She is shown here approximately two years following upper body lift and abdominoplasty.
Thigh Lift (Thighplasty)
A thigh lift is often indicated for individuals who have lost a significant amount of weight, because they can often be left with excess, loose skin that must be surgically removed. In other cases, simple aging can be the cause of lost tone in the thighs. This 39-year-old female patient lost more than 200 pounds following bariatric surgery and underwent a lower body lift with thighplasty. The patient is shown here at one year following her thigh lift with pleasing results.
Hand Rejuvenation
This 54-year-old female patient had fat injection to the hand using a modified micro-fat injection technique, where her own fat was used as filler. This eliminated the signs of aging in her hands, and the results are permanent.
"It is true that I look artificial, but I believe that I'm totally real," Parton told CBS Sunday Morning back in 2019. "My look is really based on a country girl's idea of glam. I wasn't naturally pretty, so I make the most of anything I've got." The country legend has admitted to a few cosmetic procedures, including breast implants, a brow lift, and eyelid surgery.

Williams has long been an open book about cosmetic tweaks, admitting to both regular doses of Botox and multiple Ultherapy sessions. "I've done lasers and got [filler] injections under my eyes for the hollowing — which I'd recommend for everyone who wants a solution for their dark circles — but all of my assets are real, Perry told Refinery29. "People tend to think they are fake, but it doesn't really matter."

"Fifty five and smiling from the inside out...finally back to the original 1964," Yolanda Hadid wrote in an Instagram caption. "Living in a body free of breast implants, fillers, botox, extensions and all the bullshit I thought I needed in order to keep up with what society conditioned me to believe what a sexy woman should look like until the toxicity of it all almost killed me," she wrote. Hadid has previously spoken out about how she stopped getting Botox injections and dermal fillers years ago after being diagnosed with Lyme.

Ariel Winter had a breast reduction to ease unnecessary pain—but she won't stand for social media trolls accusing her of going under the knife for more than just that. “You’re also wrong about all of it by the way 🙂 one breast reduction and I lost weight but you do you boo," she commented back to a follower who accused her multiple surgeries.

Supermodel Cindy Crawford admits to having shots of Botox in the past. "I’m not going to lie to myself, past a certain age, creams work on the texture of your skin but, in order to restore elasticity, all I can really count on is vitamin injections, botox, and collagen," she told InStyle Magazine. "I have a very simple, healthy life, which works miracles. I drink a lot of water, watch what I eat, and exercise… but I owe the quality of my skin to my cosmetic surgeon.”

"I had an armpit sucked out, which was one of the best things," Teigen told Refinery29 in May 2017. "It's a big secret, but I don't care. It was nine years ago or so. And I had two inches to my armpit. Now it's back though, so now I've gotta pay for [liposuction] again. It was so easy. It made me feel better in dresses, I felt more confident. It was the dumbest, stupidest thing I've ever done. The dumbest, but I like it, whatever. I have no regrets, honestly."
In 2019, Teigen also announced via an Instagram post that she would be removing her breast implants. "They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it. I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie!" she explained. "So don’t worry about me! All good. I’ll still have boobs, they’ll just be pure fat. Which is all a tit is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat."

"I threw up and I was SO nauseous the next day. But as of now, I only have lip fillers...But I'm also someone who says 'never say never.' "I’ve had all my fillers dissolved. I’m as natural as I can be. I feel better because I look like myself," Cox told New Beauty in June 2017. "I think that I now look more like the person that I was. I hope I do. Things are going to change. Everything’s going to drop. I was trying to make it not drop, but that made me look fake. You need movement in your face, especially if you have thin skin like I do. Those aren’t wrinkles—they’re smile lines. I’ve had to learn to embrace movement and realize that fillers are not my friend."

No butt lifts. No ribs removed. If I want to put my tits on my back, it's nobody's business but my own," she said.
Robin Wright loves Botox and isn't afraid to admit it. "Everybody fucking does it," she told the Telegraph in 2014. "I suppose I can't say 'everybody' because I don't know for sure, but come on. It's just the tiniest sprinkle of Botox twice a year. I think most women do 10 units, but that freezes the face and you can't move it.
